You’ll lead our presence in Sweden: building technical offerings aligned with global capabilities, securing high-impact projects, and anchoring ADC as the go-to consultancy for AI Transformations in the region.
You’ll work closely with our global teams, represent us in the local ecosystem, and create the momentum needed to grow our presence.

What You Do
Shape a market-leading Data & AI offering
- Lead the development of our Data & AI services for the Swedish market - shaping new offerings, connecting to global capabilities, and setting a high technical bar.
- Help build our reputation in the Swedish market as a go-to partner for AI transformation and complex, quantitative challenges.
- Play a key role in our build-and-buy growth strategy by contributing to M&A conversations, identifying potential partnerships or acquisitions that could strengthen our local presence.
- Lead high-impact Data & AI projects end-to-end, turning complexity into clarity and value for clients through sharp solutions and trusted partnership.
- Stay close to trends in AI, data engineering, and advanced analytics to evolve our approach and anticipate client needs.
- Spot opportunities to showcase bold technical work through use cases, events, guest lectures or collaborations.
Lead strategic growth and lasting impact
- Take ownership of our go-to-market strategy in Sweden - refine our positioning, open new doors, and ensure we grow in the right direction.
- Bring in new projects across multiple sectors like Financial Services, Tech, and Life Sciences.
- Combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach: from shaping the go-to-market strategy to actively engaging in client conversations and driving day-to-day commercial initiatives.
- Work closely with teams to represent ADC in client conversations, shaping how we sell and deliver technical excellence.
Lead locally, connect globally
- Act as a sparring partner to both clients and consultants, balancing strategy and execution.
- Build and nurture a strong local network of industry leaders, academics, and innovators.
- Bridge our Swedish team with the global ADC teams - bringing in best practices, sharing knowledge, aligning approaches, and amplifying impact.
What You Bring
At ADC, we believe that no one succeeds alone; we grow by challenging and supporting each other. We’re looking for a sharp, curious leader who combines strategic vision with technical depth, and a strong dose of entrepreneurial drive
- 6+ years of experience in Data, AI, or advanced analytics - ideally in consulting, innovation, or project-based environments.
- Strong quantitative background (e.g. Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning & AI, Physics).
- A proven track record of shaping and delivering Data & AI solutions with clients.
- Commercial sharpness - you know how to identify opportunities and convert them into impactful work.
- A solid understanding of the Swedish market and an existing network in tech, business, or academia.
- Entrepreneurial drive - you’re someone who sees possibilities and makes them happen.
- Excellent communication skills - you move comfortably between technical and business audiences.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset - you thrive in building environments and bring others along.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
